Dear concern I noticed from several days that my sugar is fluctuate some time high like after meal 239 and some time in evenings go to 70 Also my fasting sugar is 110 and hba1c is 6.5 Kindly guide

Definitely have impaired glucose tolerance and possibly diabetes. Needs treatment.
