Since 1 week I am feeling suffocation in closed rooms and I can fell my heart beat strongly and I have a intermittent gastric in convenience in chest area.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days for the gastric issues.
