Suffering with this nail

Hello docters In 2018 i do surgery for that left leg big finger  nail... Again I get new nail now Past one month back i cutting with nail cutter on that i didn't get any pani and all after 10 days slowly stared swelling.. next 10days i get some scared and go to  local docter he give me anit batic tables no use next i went to another docter he cut small pich oh my near finger and he do some thing...... Now i geting blood from finger... I am not sure that it is come from down of nail or bedside of nail... I know that it's nail funges... From past 3 days i get viral fever and i used 1mg anti batich injection.. but that finger is same geting blood... And no pain coming for me But middle of finge i geting small pain... So plz go through and plz give me ay gud suggestion.. thanks to docters

It is Ingrown Toenail complicated with fungal infection. You need to treat both. A wedge dissection surgery which probably was not done properly in the past. Oral and local antifungal medicines in appropriate dose are required. Consult on Practo.

It will three phase treatment as it has progressed in your case. Topical agents to tackle the infection will be the first. Consult for better management.
