Suffering with Hiatal Hernia

Hi Doctor, I am 34/Male, suffering with acid reflux problem since 7 yrs. I recently went for endoscopy test, found hiatal hernia. Is there any alternate way to get rid of hialtal hernia problem instead of surgery. Please suggest. Thanks,
