Hi. Scabies may not get cured with one treatment of application and tablets. You may have to repeat it couple of times at weekly intervals. Also on the day of applying cream, you need to take adequate general measures of using washed clothes after treatment and also washing all linen and bedding you are in contact with. You must also make sure people whom you are in contact with are also treated. Or else it will keep recurring in a vicious circle. Warm regards
