Suffering from palmo planter psoriasis

I am suffering from palmo planter psoriasis from 8 years now. Please suggest a good homeopathy medicine for permanent cure. I have had so many medicines like echinacea, sarsaparilla, drox 9, petroleum , graphite's, formula D tablets, calendula etc. But no results so far, dryness , itching, cracks and bleeding is severe. Effected area- palm and soles only, no other body parts are effected.
