Hi.
If the mucocele is recurrent, it will need to be treated surgically with either complete removal of the cyst wall or atleast a marsupialisation of the cyst, i.e the cyst is opened and stitched in a way to make sure that fluid doesn't collect in it again. It appears to be a small cyst and the surgery should be a minor one, which could be even done under local anaesthesia.
Though, at present, it doesn't appear to be related to the gutka chewing habit, I would really recommend you to the quit the habit as it can cause many other problems including cancer.
