Well yes since you tell me that you have undergone total hysterectomy it seems like the symptoms are related to hormonal changes due to the removal of ovary and uterus...I would suggest you to drink water well, take proteins and antioxidants as that would make you feel better...also do get evaluated for other common causes like thyroid , anemia etc...Thank you

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't really understand what you want to say. If your uterus is removed then you will not get your periods.
