Sir I'm had 1yr back asd device clouser because I have to tell my health records now present in suffering from cold unable to breathe properly can u suggest any medicine water is coming from nose

You can consult an ENT near you to check your nose properly. If it’s only allergic then medication can be started accordingly. If any infection is suspected then you ay need to be put on antibiotics if required.

Most likely simple rhinitis. Take tab. Sinarest LP twice daily. Tab. Azibact (500 mg) once daily. Otrivin nasal drops thrice daily. Take this medication for 5 days and revert back.
