My sister son is suffering from cold he is just 36 days old from his birth he is having cold we suggest a doctor at our local hospital they suggested us CLAVAM DROPS it hasn't cure till the date so would you please suggest a new drop for cold he is not having cough should we stick to the same medicine or can we use another suggest by you
