I often become senseless when I'm hungry and angry and with very much hard work. It was 3 times in 9 year. 1st 2008. 2nd 2015 3rd 2017. I want the reason I have pain in neck also.

Check ur blood for  routine examination,FBS-PPBS,X-ray of cervical spine,check BP and Pulse and Respiratory rate.consult a physician for this clinical and lab investigation. After proper diagnosis tretment can be done.
