Suddenly mine left side eye seem to blur

Left eye seem some 10% blur at lower side what happen this but after some its seeming light clearly.

Hello This could be due to dryness in eyes, lid infection, eyelash infection. Get an ophthalmic evaluation regarding glass number. Maintain lid hygiene, start lubricants like eyemist eyedrops/ general eyedrops in both eyes 4 times a day.
