Since 10/12 hours I m feeling a sudden shortness in breathing. I don't understand why is this happening. It's not too much but still I can feel a bit struggle in breathing. I don't even have any symptoms of covid Please guide what to do

What’s your spo2 level and how severe is the shortness of breath, it’s not a direct symptom of covid , these are hundred of reason for breathlessness starting from just anxiety to severe cardiac illness.
