Sudden Sharp Needle like pain in pelvic

Today suddenly started feeling some quick sharp needle like pain in the middle of above penis/pubic area and lower abdominal. Pain is occurring in the centre of the said area. Never felt this needle like sharp pain before in that area. There are some  really scary things written all over the google search. I will be really greatful if anyone can help me with hopeful information regarding this matter...
