I was driving my car from baner to wakad, i kept having urge to defecate, controlled it for some times and the feeling used to go this happened for about three to four times, thereafter, it became very intense and i could not reach home but my stools passed, soiling my trousers. please advice. this kind of episodes have happened earlier to
