Sudden paining

Off late whenever I'm going to pee, I'm feeling that toilet is not being completed and remains but I wait for it to release but of no use. This never ever happened but from last 1 week I'm observing this ..this stays till few minutes after peeing even if I return to my room and I always feel i need to pee more because of the sensation. Kindly suggest
