My mother has been having a sudden pain in her eyes nearly at the place from where tears come from since about 3 days, can I get an answer on what this is because I am very worried about her.

There might be infection in lacrimal sac , you should use zymer eye drops +4Quin eye drops both 5-6 times at interval of half an hour between two drops .
