Felt (nerve/bloodvessel) moved and trapped in right side hip. Immediately Penis curled to right side in flaccid state. After sometime, it was contracted and sensation was lost and erectile function lost. Penis tilted to right side. Notisably enlarged veins appeared in penis. There was no physical damage to penis. No external wound/bleeding. Associated with onset of acute lower abdominal tightness, lowerback tightness, pain radiating from back to legs, twitching in lower body, buttock pain. Skin colour, texture and sensation of penis and Scrotum changed, like they are drying up. USG of abdomen pelvis, Scrotal Doppler, X ray of spine and pelvis was conducted. Urologists/Andrologists are unable to diagnose. Is it due to vascular compression/entrapment? Whom shall I consult? Need guidance.
