Sudden menstrual heavy bleeding  blackish in.nature.since 5days after 4years of menopause. Pain in urination. Weakness dizziness. Also acidity problem,   and weak digestion

Periods should not happen after 4 years of menopause   .Get a ultrasound done and .consult gynaecologist in person for detailed evaluation ..it looks like you have gastric and urinary infection also..needed to be treated for the same .
