This is regarding my nephew. He is 13 yrs old and doing his schooling. Today all of a sudden he is complaining abt severe giddiness and also vomited. He sits in computer for a long time having online classed and assignments. We r really worried. What shud v do now?? He has his exams in another two days. Kindly help doctor. He never complained this kind of a sudden giddiness before. Pls help doctor

Give tab vertin 8 mg thrice a day. Tab stemetil MD half tablet s.o.s.  consult a doctor for physical examination.
