Sudden difficulty in.writing

Dear Sir/madam, My husband suddenly s unable to put his signature, he says he has this issue from a month. After 15 mints of struggling he put his sign. When he writes v for Vishnu he's unable to start. But when I try making him write anything else he s writing quickly. I have no clue whats happening. Can you please advise.
