Sudden blurred vision.

My cousin is 48 years. Since last two days, he has blurred vision, if one eye is closed then vision is ok, with both eyes open all images are blurred/double images.

Blurring of vision only since two days ,there is many  causes ,I sincerely advise you to consult ophthmologist for diagnosis, so that immediate treatment or advice can be given ,without physical examination nobody can guess causes of diminition of vision in such case.
