Suffer from sudden blurness in eyes, got checked my vision and it was completely fine.Eye check up was done in the month of May 2020. What can be the reason for this sudden blurness in both eyes. Please suggest.

Use some lubricating drops..even dryness can cause it. Can check BP, sugars , lipid profile , any cervical  spondolysis issues etc...general issue also responsible sometimes .
