High stress situation in the morning, immediately followed by sudden complete loss of sight in both eyes, loud ringing in ears to the point of being unable to hear, and impaired motor skills. Symptoms lasted 1-2 minutes, then faded away in seconds, leaving only a feeling of jitteryness.
