Sir iam on medication since 3years now doses decreased and iam taking only venlafaxine 37.5mg and logen beta 10mg now due to lock down icant go to doctor please tell me any substitute of venlafaxine which ican buy from medical store

psychiatry medications are not available over the counter..you wil have to continue the same medicines..probably a different brand depending on availability.. you can reach out to your Psychiatrist for an e- prescription..
