It's itchy and mild pain is there. Tried a few home remedies but no significant improvement. It's become a bit hard to touch.

Follow the advice of Dr pandey or share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Do hot fomentation with a clean cloth in luke warm water for 5 mins twice daily for atleast 10 days. Apply ciplox eye ointment over the swelling twice a day for 10 days.
