I have got irritating Stye on my left eye which is causing discomfort while blinking eye as well.. Should I apply warm water / cloth or should I wash the eye with cold water and at what frequency? Got different opinions on this, pl suggest.. I have to work in laptop for long hours, hope that shouldn't be a problem with this..

Stye is due to infection of Moll & zeis gland present in eyelids, it is not due to working for long hours on laptop, you should visit ophalmologist for refraction & use antiglare glass & take Medicine for stye because it is not going to disappear only with hot fomentation
