You can do hot fomentation. Take antibiotic tablets (Augumentin 625 mg three times a day) after meals and anti-inflammatory tablets (seroflam twice daily) after meals and tab pantosec 40 mg empty stomach once daily along with a local antibiotic ointment (moxicip eye ointment) for local application twice daily. All these for 5 days.
Next Steps
If it does not improve in 5 days you must see an ophthalmologist.
