My Baby he is one yer old(BOY) Past 1 week he is Very struggling to do motions. and motions was very very hard and thick also. and yesterday while motion lightly bleeding also happened.. Please suggest me what to do..

you might want to add more fibres(like prunes,whole grains,fruits,vegetables etc) to your babys diet. make sure he drinks enough water. reduce foods that have binding effect like diary products, banana, carrots etc. visit your pediatrician and evaluate the blood in stool. he might need laxative syrup if his constipation is not reducing.
