64/M ,diabetic, hypertensive,old case of NPH, lost hand grip and right sided weakness,1) is mannitol required in this case along with aspirin 150 and clopidogrel 75 ?old h/o stroke present. 2)should low dose aspirin for secondary prevention of stroke should be continued life long?
