Ankylosing spondylitis can produce dryness of eyes or inflammation in eyes called iritis. It is not known to cause Squint or “stroke” in eye. You need to see an eye doctor to correctly diagnose what you are suffering from. You can then send me his detailed report so I can guide you further.
