Hi. Stretch marks in those areas in teenage are common as there is skeletal and other soft tissue growth. Skin stretches n scars leading to marks. Gymming very rigorously to put on lot of muscle mass can add to the stretch marks. Please join gym again n let go off the fear. They fade away with time. Use plenty of moisturisers twice a day to reduce their apperance and intensity. Good luck.
