Hello, I'm a 27 year old male wanting to ask a question concerning my mom and the effect of stress (her stress) on the brain. I've tried to do scholarly research but couldn't find anything like what I'm looking for. When she's very distressed or emotionally drained, on rare occasions she has an "episode" where she acts strange, like she's drunk or high. Her hands also become stiff. Fingers are curled inward. It'd take 30 minutes for her to "come back" to being herself.
