Stress echo- need a second opinion

Hlo sir/Mam. Is normal stress echo sufficient to rule out possibility of heart blockages/angina in an intermediate risk patient with typical angina symptoms ( 26/M, no sugar/lipids/family history)? And how often shud I be going for stress echo to ensure it's all fine with my heart? My doc told me about CT angio but wants me to avoid it due to radiation and allergic reaction risk ( I take l-hist mint already)? Just require a second opinion to get out of the dilemma n be happy with my negative stress echo results

Stress Echo is an efficient alternative and can almost rule out Coronary artery disease when combined with TMT. (Although both have same principles) If CT is not possible may b you can take help of Cardiac MRI in future. Despite all this if you still have angina Angio would help to rule out bridging myocardium if any.
Next Steps
For now be happy with stress echo. It is really confirmatory. Watch on your angina episodes
