Strange Sensations/Tightness

I feel strange clenching Sensations in my front head, when that happens i feel mini vibrations in both foot and also tightness at back spine area every evening for Sometime now, it remains like that for an hour or so and eventually subsides. I have to constantly stretch my front head portion using my hand to feel better. I have NO pain anywhere.

It looks like tension type headache.. consult a Neurologist
