Straightening of cervical

In MRI report it was found that l have an straightening of cervical spine .. what does it mean and how to deal with it .

Hello. Straightening of cervical spine is a feature of cervical spondylosis. Do regular neck & shoulder exercises, avoid rotating the neck too much or too rapidly. If you are having severe stiffness in your neck, you can try using a soft cervical neck collar. Take painkillers on SOS basis. Hope this helps.
