Hello doctors, My age 44,weight 79, female. I am taking Espin 2.5 (as prescribed by doctor) since three months as my blood pressure was 150/95. Now for last one month my bp is in normal range i.e.123/81. I lost my weight by 11 kg in last three months with proper diet and exercise. No other medications other than this. Can I stop taking medication (Espin 2.5) now ?

Don't stop antihypertensive medicine suddenly. Maintain a BP chart. Mesure two times in a day.
