My stool routine report is normal but little confuse between this 2  below General examination: Blood- Absent Chemical examination: Occult blood-Absent What is differance between blood and occult blood?

Your report is normal.No need to worry.In general examination,naked eye findings are given .In occult blood examination can detect very less amount of blood through microscopic examination.

General examination of stool for blood means , blood is visible to eyes in stools , which even patients can see, but occult examination means examination under microscope which is not visible to naked eyes, if under microscope no blood cells are seen, it's called occult blood examination negative.

Blood in general examination mean the visible bleeding whereas occult blood in stool means hidden bleeding inthe form of presence of RBC in stool
