Prognosis depend on nature  and stage of  disease.a advanced stage have more risks and lesser chance of cure It appears from your description that chronic cholelithiasis and gallbladder mass have  infiltration in liver. How much infiltration and what lobes are not clear from your description.as  many other details are required to opine about prognosis Consult your surgeon for the same. Liver resection can be done now a days in with specialist surgeon.
