I have a stmoach ache from tommorow have vomitted once and continious loose motion. I think its a heatstroke not sure. Pls cn u hlp

Rather than heat stroke It's a gastroenteritis that is viral infection of your gut, popularly called world wide Delhi belly. It's due to contaminated water or food intake. Take plenty of fluids &a rest.
