Any one feel pressure or numb or tickling feeling in left abdomen bottom of ribs...it's feel like something moving...I am suffering from chronic acid reflux and gastritis stomach burning

What's the duration of this problem. This is gastritis with gastric reflux disease. Need to change lifestyle and dietary habbits. Avoid oily , spicy food Maida and Besan containing items. And need medical treatment after proper evaluation . Can consult .
