Stomach problem, Pregnancy

I have a 6 month baby. Then now I feel I again pregnant because of my period flow is very low and less in days I have problem of nausea dry vomit fainting and special reason is some moving in my stomach like baby moving during pregnancy. Blood test and ultrasound report is negative and urine test too.
