I have started using Triphala Churna from last 3 days and today I got bad stomach pain and slight loose stool! I am also taking GERD medications prescribed by ENT and now due to pain I am worried! How to stop it! I am having slight swallowing issues due to Esophagitis but this pain came after Triphala Churna...What can I do now
