YOU TOOK ALL THE MEDICINES EMPTY STOMACH SO SEVERE ACIDITY IS THEIR. RESULTS IN PAIN ABDOMEN.
CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE DAYS.
LIGHT DIET, NO SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Cap. Cyfolac forte twice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Tab. Drotin twice a day after food for 2 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
