I have had chest pain two months back. On August 26th I have done USG, blood test, chest xray, ecg, tmt. All of the test is negative. But still I had gas bloating, burping, back pain and shoulder pain. So I had done upper endoscopy on 8th of November and report says like I have anthral gastritis and also I have haital hernia. But when still I have some stomach cramps and mild constipation. In Google it days colorectal cancer. Hence am worried about that now. Please help me...
Take medical treatment for Antral gastritis.
And you can try for medical management of hiatus hernia if it's of low grade.
But, if it's of high grade or doesn't respond to medical management then you may require surgery for hiatus hernia i.e fundoplication.
