Mural thickening and poor luminal distensibility of the caecum, ascending colon and proximal transverse colon with luminal surface irregularity at places. Patulous ileocaecal junction with dilated terminal ileum. Mildly enlarged homogenous lymphnodes in the small bowel mesentery. Mild mural thickening of a short segment of jejunum

Possibly it's TB. But need colonoscopy with biopsy first. If required exploratory laparoscopy.
