Have had extreme diarrhoea since 48 hours. Haven't eaten since a soup yesterday and it still keeps getting worse.

Hello well I need to know detail history again how the sem it was there any history of eating food from any unusual place.. I would suggest you to use a it's scahwt in a bottle of boiled cooled water and drink it... You need to meet a doctor as the motion has not subsided for more than 24 hours...thank you
