Hi, my daughter was doing vomit continuously after visiting pediatrician they found it stomach infection and adviced medicines i.e. zinconia , ondem syrip, taxim-o etc. Request u to advice me if the breast feeding is okay to her or not and also advice  for fastest recovery as she is intaking sufficiant water..

hello der you can continue with breast feeding amd you can give ors mixed with water consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
