Stomach bug or side effect ?

Took dukarol the day before travel to England. Since yesterday had diarrhea and naucious and had fever and headache and aches for 2 days but goes down with advil. I am supposed to take the second dose of dukarol vaccine tomorrow but not sure if these are side effects and not sure if i should still take it with the symptoms I am having.
