I HV pain from upper abdomen to lower abdomen and back is also hurting upper back to lower back neck and hip bone also and platelets count is 1.03 lakh . Pls give me the suggestion for this

Hello, apart from pain do u have any other symptoms? Your platelet count seems to be on the lower side. Have you performed any other tests?
